3 bed detached property. Works included: new Worcester Bosch boiler, full central heating system, connections to a shower cabin & hand basin, gas connection to cooker. Considerations: future proofing ie piping plans that will limit disruption to a fully renovated house when enlarging the footprint of the property later. Previous engineer’s quote was over-priced, plus he had no imagination and produced a plan that did not meet my brief, and patronised me - Grrh! Jason was professional, reliable and communicated well throughout. Re brief, he listened, and together we quickly came up with a good solution, and he quoted a very reasonable price. Living 3 hours away, I handed over the keys, and Jason and his team did a great job in my absence. Mid-works, I visited at the weekend and phoned Jason re a couple of things that needed clarifying. Jason was very accommodating, at short notice he drove to site out-of-hours, which demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. The boiler pipework was creatively kept to a small restricted area to be hidden within my Kitchen cupboard, a huge relief! Overall Excellent job. Highly recommended. :) ! Update: Jason has just serviced the boiler and issued a new Gas Safety Certificate… and I realised I forgot to leave Feedback - oops! So, better late than never.. ;) ! Upside, I can legitimately state that nearly 2 years on, everything has been working perfectly and there have been no issues. Thank you Jason :) !

My issue was a significant one as both hot water and heating had stopped working. Muhammad was responsive and clear in his communication throughout. He arrived promptly and was clear about what was needed including materials and labour cost. What I appreciated most about Muhammad is how honest he came across. The prices were clear and there did not appear to be any inflation or issues added on top in order to overcharge. I have used many plumbers over the years. Unfortunately, some are excellent craftsmen but terrible at customer service, whilst others are simply out there to rip you off in my opinion. It is so bad that I could not get one trusted recommendation from friends and family as many people seem to experience this. Muhammad is different. He also assured me that he does prioritise his customers and I hope he keeps to his word because I will undoubtedly be using him again and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you, Muhammad.

I posted a job to fix a faulty boiler, Bradley responded quickly and told me the problem before I shortlisted him. He agreed the job quickly and the price was fair. When he came over I also asked him about a few other jobs and he did them all the same day for cheaper than I had been quoted elsewhere. He’s experienced but just starting on his own so hope this review gets the ball rolling for him. Will use again.
