Tom provided a comprehensive quote following a very professional and friendly survey visit. Clearly an experienced professional, Tom made sure we understood all the options and was more than happy to discuss the process in detail. We felt very reassured and were more than happy to proceed. Work completed to an excellent standard and despite a couple of complications with the job (unexpected pipework that needed rerouting) it was completed in good time too. So happy with our new stove - the care, attention (and obvious pride) that Tom takes in his work is really good to see. Would recommend to anyone.

Ola the person who came to my house, I do not recognise from the reviews left. I found him to be one the rudest workmen I have ever met. He was unreliable, rude, unprofessional, he doubled the price to install radiators, not as a consequence additional work needed, charged for materials that were in included in his quote. Took my boiler manual needed to obtain guarantee and gives installer/installation information, holding me to ransom, ensuring he had to fit the radiators. There were several other incidents e.g rather than asking for the removed copper boiler sneaking out the house with it, parking on the neighbours driveway without permission, the list goes on. I would never use him again.
