I had a mole problem & hired Anthony to take off artificial grass, re-level ground & re-lay the artificial grass. From the beginning I had issues: The moment he arrived, he’d asked for more money than agreed for materials; when asked for a receipt he didn’t mention the increase again. Before he was hired, it was agreed that he adds timber on the edges; when he arrived, he said he could no longer do it. It was a two day job & by the second day, he had to glue the grass & pin the sides but demanded the second half of the payment to purchase materials. However, he had not come back that weekend as agreed. After messages & calls were ignored by him, I called him on private number and his whole attitude shifted; he started shouting saying he’ll come when he’s ready. When prompted for a date, he said he won’t come back & then hung up the phone. He left the garden in a mess, with sand everywhere. After giving him time to calm down, I asked him to come back in his own time. He sent two of his workers 2 weekends later. 2 days later, the grass had come off the edges & I noticed the grass was uneven due to imperfections with the levelling below the grass & there are gaps at the edge of the grass. When I sent him a message, his response was we took the grass off and saying to contact his worker even though He was paid for job. I think it’s safe to say, he is rude, unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional & incompetent; save your money & don’t hire him.

Gareth and his friend are con men, they quoted the job at a price and did not do the job quoted or even remember what the job was due to the amount of drugs they take i proved by photos and video what they quoted for an Gareth admitted he had made a " mistake" all the time adding costs to the original quote through deceptive measures to complete the job gareth recieved 75 per cent for the job up front, they were taking multiple two hour breaks through out the day, when gareth was seen on camera stealing materials, charging for materials that were never delivered or used, when asked for receipts for the materials delivered gareth became aggresive, when shown this ad and the job description promised to complete the work that was measured up and quoted but had a stranger turn up and start packing his tools away, as caught on camera and apologised as " he had not eaten breakfast" i had complaints from neighbours about the constant drug taking and other trades people present questioned what exactly he was doing and warned me about his actions, he sped off on friday without allowing me to check the DAMAGE done to my property i rang and he promised to come back and complete part of the job on the saturday but ignored my calls so i went to his registered business address and was confronted by a residential property with tin foil and drug things all pictured do not employ he is a con artist, a thief and a drug addict, he has no certificates, lied that he had a van for the job Frauds💔

We chose Medway Landscaping because Scott gave us a very competitive quote but he also spent time going through our requirements for the job and visited us on a couple of occasions, making adjustments. We were confident we chose the best landscaper for the job from the 3 individuals we shortlisted and we weren’t disappointed! Scott was very knowledgable regarding his trade but was also very accommodating regarding our ideas and various changes and additions made throughout the job. He made suggestions and worked with us to devise a spectacular garden. Scott and Luke were always punctual, always very professional and extremely hardworking. Scott has a very keen eye for detail and strives to ensure perfection. They will be returning in the new year to complete the project with planting. Scott and Luke are both really likeable guys, both very trustworthy and we would not hesitate to recommend them and their services.

Myself hired SOS building &Landscape to help me restore a big patio to it former glory, Sam and Callum did a great job in jet washing of all the patio and garden slabs and also re sand the patio which is now looking like a newly built patio. The two young men are polite, honest and hardworking, the qoute is fair and did a top quality job.
