Unprofessional and dishonest. It was agreed to cut my hedge and remove the waste. On the day, they said their van was getting repaired, so they would need to return later in the week to collect the garden waste once the hedge had been cut. However, after chasing them for nearly a month to get the garden waste removed, they did not honour the agreement, so I ended up removing the waste myself. Very disappointing, avoid using them at all costs.
