Very disappointing experience. The job was clearly advertised and agreed at £25 per hour, and this was confirmed again in writing before the tradesperson attended. After I travelled two hours to meet him at the property, he arrived and refused to honour the agreed rate, instead demanding £200 for the job. The issue is not the price itself, but agreeing to one rate and then changing it on arrival. This wasted my time and was highly unprofessional.

Tomas and his associate did an amazing job for us from beginning to end. When quoting they were professional, polite and helpful. They explained all our options and helped us decide which was going to be right for us without being at all pushy. On the day we agreed for the job they turned up on time and worked quickly with a minimum of mess. They then made absolutely certain we were pleased with the result before cleaning up thoroughly. We were very happy with the result and would highly recommend using them.

Upsides: - Very friendly team and pleasant to deal with - Care was taken to select best stones in view - The job was completed in a week and to a good standard Downsides: - Didn't install a solid base as initially suggested when visiting to quote - Wanted to charge extra to re-lay moving slabs - Wasn't the cheapest quote

Original job was to cut down and remove mixed shrubs/bushes and roots but was extended to be replaced by composite fencing. As other reviews attest, Paul and Jack did a great job for a fair price. Importantly also turned up when they said they would, talked us through plans, progress, issues or challenges and just got stuff done. Great communication throughout, transparent pricing and plenty of patience whilst we decided what we wanted. I would have them back in a heartbeat and possibly will should the pricing remain competitive. Only concern was a lack of anti theft clips which were purchased and installed by myself, but Paul even offered to help with these also. Would recommend.
