Jeremy was very proactive and friendly, but ultimately didn't do as good a job as I would have expected. The brief was clear (I wanted the entire area turned over and prepared for planting) and he estimated 2 days' work. His estimate was off but instead of communicating this (and possibly re-negotiating fees) he handed over a half-finished job. While everything looked great at first glance, I still find large bricks, slabs and other debris less than 10 inches below the surface which makes planting anything into the flower borders an absolute pain. When I complained Jeremy did refund 10% of the job costs but ultimately I would have preferred a better quality of work and as a result would not chose to hire Jeremy again.

Unfortunately the gentleman came to at job he wanted to come day . He said he had not transport or tools so I said l would buy some extra things he needed. As it was the Bank Holiday weekend I said next week Monday l messaged him to confirm. He advised he had taken another job and would in possible to start following weekend Monday 28 th of April I agreed he was start at 1pm i waited for about a hour & half. Then tried to make contact with no joy . This was very disappointing as it was my first l was using the app. Furthermore when l hired Leandro I didn’t take anymore quotes. Since he did not have the curtesy to let me know that he was unable to come. I suggest you stay clear of this guy I reckon he had a better offer or was too far away. I was surprised when he told me he lived in Thornton heath as l did my asked for person who lived in my vicinity,

Turned up on time and everyone was polite and courteous. They were instructed to clear the overgrown garden of all weeds, nettles and thorn bushes, then turn the turf over and dispose of all the waste. As you have to walk through the house to get to the garden they came fully prepared with sheets to ensure that the floor did not get muddy as they walked through the house with the bags rubbish. They got down to the work and only took one break for lunch. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.
