Hi! I've been self-employed as a Garden Designer for two years. I hold a degree in Environmental Sciences and have been gardening and cultivating from an early age. I have a personal passion for urban food growing and making the best use of smaller spaces. I'm very good with animals (and plants) and have worked in a wide variety of private gardens, from larger estate gardens to smaller inner-city gardens. The gardens I work on or take on focus on sustainable practices, material choices, and conservation efforts. Essentially, I favour a lot of flowers, and biodiversity, with low-maintenance yet high-impact selections. I am also happy to assist with indoor planting. As a designer, I have access to several subcontractors for larger renovations and landscaping projects. Otherwise, I manage small to large-scale planting installations and enhancements of existing designs. I own my own tools and have good relationships with a number of plant suppliers and garden centres (e.g., The Boma).
