We are extremely disappointed with Daniel. Initially communication was good and Daniel seemed pleasant. He said he could do the work we asked for and we agreed a price. We were quite happy at this stage and were just waiting for Daniel to make arrangements with his contracts manager as to when he could begin the work. Sadly, this is the last contact we had with Daniel, despite sending him messages on various media. Needless to say we are very unhappy and disappointed and feel completely let down. He didn’t even have the courtesy to reply. We’ve now had the work done by someone else who did a great job and didn’t let us down. We will not use ‘My Builder’ site again after this complete let down; it doesn’t reflect well on your website.
