Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!

Mike and his sons did an incredible job, transforming a completely abandoned garden in a house we just purchased into a beautiful, clean and peaceful haven! They removed tree trunks, trees and weeds, levelled the entire garden (which was completely uneven) and added new turf. All in 3 days! I hired this family to work on my garden, I have given them clear instructions, specifically trimming the ivy which is growing on the back garden wall. But only to trim it slightly. Though they have completely removed it exposing the whole wall. When I raised this as an issue, they apologised saying that they went too far and they should have checked in with me, but they didn't as they wanted to finish quickly. They told me not to worry as it will grow back soon. It has been almost 2 months now and ivy didn't grow even a little bit (and we all know that ivy is growing quite fast). They basically ruined our whole wall as it's fully exposed now, there is no new growth, they have damaged the plant. I have reached out asking for support and they have ignored me. I wouldn't recommend hiring them. Not very nice people nor tradespeople. DON'T HIRE. Response: you damaged the plants & I did pay for the rubbish, you took the job knowing I don't have a green bin.

We employed A.V Structures for the building of an external wall around our property, the removal of a garage and the installation of railings and gates. Throughout the 4 week programme we could not have been happier with their work. Arrival was prompt, their pace of work displayed energy and purpose. They were mindful of us and our neighbours and made sure the area was left clean and tidy at the end of each days work.in addition the workmen were courteous and kept us fully informed. Alex, the owner of the company, kept in close contact with us to assure himself of our satisfaction. He came on site at intervals to check that all was going according to plan. We therefore felt completely confident that quality and outcomes were important to him. Employing A.V Structures was a decision we were pleased to have made. I am very happy with the work they completed on our garden. They pretty much gave us a new garden. They were on time, polite, understood what we wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. They prepared the ground, installed artificial grass, laid the most amazing decking I have seen (not your usual uPVC) and helped lay the garden cabling - all with a great finish. If I had another garden, they would definitely be first in line to work on it - I couldn't recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant! The boys had a very difficult job of moving multiple giant trees (320L) through our house. The tree pots were too big to fit through the front door, but we worked together and figured out a solution. It was a challenging job, but the boys were fantastic and we did what everyone else said couldn’t be done. Very hard working guys, very professional and a very competitive price - I would definitely hire them again. Thank you.

Arrian is a top bloke. it was a joy for my nan to have someone with his attitude & work ethic make her garden great again. she was a florist for her whole life and her garden is her prized possession. proper shape of up of her hydrangeas & re weaving the vines along the hatch fence. he was more than happy to take direction from nan in trimming the rose bush to her image. thorough mowing of the lawn including trim of rogue blades round the patio. watered the lot & jet washed the patio to top it off. he weren't shy to sit and have a tea n a chat with her. building relationships with your clients is something up and coming gardners often overlook. TLDR; if u want a really, REALLY nice looking garden, Arrian is your bloke. he made my nan jump for joy & shes 92! how he got her to jump i'll never know, so clearly got a sprinkle of magic up his sleeve too.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Hello! Please read below before your shortlist me… Ed is an experienced Gardener based in North-east London. He used to work for the prestigious Chelsea Gardener but now works as a freelancer. He loves planting out, weeding, pruning and cultivating the garden and also provides maintenance services such as lawn mowing, jet washing and regular watering. His hourly rate is £40/hour. Day rate is £250. Parking needs to be provided by the customer and for locations in central London there is an additional fee to cover congestion charge, unless you already have necessary Gardening tools, in which case he will cycle/take public transport. Common extras: Compost is £10 per bag. Garden waste removal- £5 per small bag of waste. £25 for a ‘tonne’ bag. All waste is responsibly disposed of. Any plants or pots you would like me to source- price to be discussed. One-off and regular maintenance jobs are both welcome. Please note, any specialist tree works should be done by a qualified tree surgeon and I cannot offer any services involving the removal of Japanese knotweed.
