Shaun and his team were excellent from start to finish. Shaun responded to my job within seconds of me inviting him to look at it and came out to see me within an hour of our phone call. Despite the large job at hand and having a busy schedule he was more than happy to take on the work. Shaun and his team were out a week after our agreement and completed the job over two separate days to a very a high standard. He even had the courtesy to apply weed killer to the front of the house at no extra cost when leaving even though this wasn’t in the original scope of works. I was extremely pleased with the way in which GOLDEN HAND carried out my gardenwork. My hedges look fantastic and it was well priced and he even managed to clear up the mess left over from the last guy that did them. I have already asked Miroslav to come back to give them another cut in the autumn. I was also impressed that he was using eye and ear safety wear.
