The work completed by was sub standard and is not complete. All but one door was replaced, however hinges and handles were not secured correctly resulting in doors and handles now hanging off. The final door was deemed large so needed to be custom built but the carpenter never returned and is not returning my messages despite taking the majority of the money

I put an invite on My Builder for a leak in my kitchen Bailey was quick to respond and came to access the job and said he could fix it and we agreed a date there were a couple of issues in my kitchen I discussed this and he said he could complete at another price he came to my house as agreed with another person and he seemed to be out of his depth and not sure what he was doing the price was extremely high and he said it was because he had to use a friend I paid him the price and now regret it he has left the first job not completed and then went on to start the other job which was ripping out cupboards and removing my build in oven which is left in the middle of the kitchen Bailey has cancelled one appointment to complete the work and I have left emails and voicemails to no reply my kitchen is now a mess the old cupboards have been left in my garage he charged me alot of money to make my kitchen in this mess I have now got to find a tradesman to repair this very disgusted

Priced job over phone and from the image sent to him. I did tell him to come down and price job but he thought it would be better to come and price over phone due to distance. Once agreed price he came down for the job but on the day he figuired out it was to much of a task for him to do with the equipment he had. He did try and suggest alternatives to me which I have been trying to get in contact with him about to get the tree and stump cut but he is not responding. I assume he thinks its to much of a big job for him to do. Nice person though did apologise for the inconvenience caused but did not have a good experience overall.
