I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had laminate flooring laid, but unfortunately there were numerous mistakes with the installation and the job was left unfinished. The tradesman actually acknowledged that one piece of laminate had been cut too short. I was told that this would be rectified at the end of the job, but when the work was supposedly finished, I was then told that it could not be fixed. He subsequently messaged me to say that he would return to rectify the issues, but despite this, I have heard nothing from him since. As the problems were not addressed and the job was left incomplete, I had no choice but to pay someone else to rectify the mistakes and finish the work properly. The lack of care also extended to the outside of my property. The mess in my front garden was not cleared, with wood off-cuts left strewn around and laminate packaging left behind rather than being disposed of.

What impressed me most was the fact that Mathew consulted with me when he wasn't happy with the way the blinds were hanging. He realigned them until we were both happy that they look right.
