First, I want to say that Tolga is polite and easy to communicate with; he helped me plant trees and lay sleepers. Regarding the final results, most of his work is satisfactory, but the attention to detail is lacking in a few areas. I noticed the posts are not all at the same height, nor are they flush against the sleepers, and the tops of two posts are actually smashed. Additionally, one of jointing plates do not align with each other, and one of the top sleepers doesn't line up with the one beneath it. While those are relatively minor details, there is one major issue that is quite obvious. I reported it to Tolga about 60 hours after he left. He replied, "we created a gentle fall to help with drainage." However, this raised another question for me: if that was intentional, why does only the left sleepers have a fall while the right one is completely horizontal?
