I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Good communication with Jack from the start. He explained the time line and estimated cost. He gave us very reasonable quote. Jack completed the job. Good finish. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

He was professional-when there were a few problems with crooked walls, he was quite insistent that he would take time for it to be right. He said he would come and view a job before he quotes. I had the pleasure of Charlie and Kurt coming to do some work for me at one of my properties as the place hadn’t been touched in years and needed some serious TLC! They had replaced the ceiling in the bathroom, redone the decking and refitted some appliances as well as repairing the pointing outside and redecorating the entire house. This was a big job as the house is old and had defects all over in awkward places but they made sure to complete all touch ups to ensure the finish was to a good standard. They even tidied up the garden and had replaced some benches I had outside for free which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend them for any jobs locally big or small! Thanks again guys :)

Ali, from true cleaning turned up on time I had asked him to put up five pictures which included too heavy mirrors. ALI had all the right equipment with him. Which I might add was all immaculate He was such a lovely guy I had a great conversation with him made me Feel so comfortable and was very professional in his work he measured everything and got all my pictures & mirrors up in know time. I was over the moon they look great. I would definitely get ALI back in to do more work for us in the future. He was absolutely brilliant well done.👍

Pat and his team arrived at 7 a.m. as requested and got straight to work. They finished by 1 p.m. The workmen were very tidy and polite. One of the lads' mottos was "no mess, no fuss." Rebooked for garden work in August.
