He gave a quick, accurate and reasonable quote, came on time, and went over and above carrying out a truly exceptional job without cutting any corners at all and the finished job was better than we have ever experienced from anyone else. If the job is something I cannot do I will give you advice and I’m happy to be there when you have someone else come to price and tell you what is up. For instance an overflowing gutter may just mean leaf’s have blocked the down pipe.

Henry and his team did an excellent job removing our front lawn and adding a paved area a new path with block paving and also widening our brick driveway wall in front of our house. Henry's team worked long hours over a three day period to complete the job on time in all weathers. We are so happy with the results with many of our neighbours commenting on how quickly the work was completed and how lovely the house now looks. Henry is a positive chap, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had in relation to the work being carried out but were also happy to talk through other issues concerning landscaping around the house and give advice. The price that he quoted when we first met him is the price that we ended up paying, no added extra's which we expected as we had asked him to complete a couple of other small jobs outside the one that he originally quoted for. It is quite rare nowadays to find good, honest, hard working and reliable contractors. We are very happy customers who will be recommencing Henry and his team at HLO to neighbours, friends and family and will most defiantly be using his services again. Thank you for a job well done!
