My reply to your comment Burak. I hired you to lay laminate in my living room which I paid you £400 for. That was what my original review was for.While you were here I asked if you could laminate the hallway, you asked for £70. As you mentioned because of the floor not being level you could not finish the hallway and promised to come back on the 4th April. You were not happy to only receive half of the money and requested we pay you all the £70. We trusted you and paid you. There was more than 1sqm left. The 4th of April passed and there was no communication from you. I messaged you then you finally replied but in a very rude manner then you ignored me again. I have attached photos of all the whatsapp conversation with you. I have also attached photos of the bad work which you did not even have the decency to come and rectify. My advice to anyone thinking of using Burak, stay away. He claims to be a joiner of 15 years, his work speaks for itself. Dont be fooled by his cheap prices.

Agreed to quote and seemed pleasant enough but Did not turn up when he said he would. Was honest enough to say he couldn't lay lvt in a herringbone style.
