  Whole of the ground floor fully renovated. Liam has organised the whole adventure. Over 4 weeks they have remodelled the rear of the house moving doors and windows. Added a downstairs toilet and utility room. A fully fitted kitchen has been installed, all rooms plastered and decorated and fitted flooring and skirting. At no point has Liam left our side. Each tradesman has been introduced and each has been equally competent and knowledgable as Liam himself is. Every job has been explained and completed as promised and the quality is amazing. I’m so glad we found Liam, a project of this size and investment needs trust and respect which I had in Liam from the beginning. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

  I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough. Having been engaged for one en-suite bathroom renovation initially, he ended up being with us for 6 months. In that time he built and renovated four new ensuite bathrooms (two of which were built from from a large sluice cupboard and wardrobe space another was split into a new en-suite and wardrobe), he created a new spare room from an existing outdated bathroom, stripping out and moving walls and radiators, added and fitted a walk-in wardrobe to a bedroom creating new walls and doorways, he created a new downstairs WC from a coat and boot room, created and finished a new corridor and archway from kitchen to new dining room (previously a WC), added picture and dado rails to all rooms and corridors and built a beautiful four-door cupboard to a very high standard. Rich undertook all building, carpentry, plastering, fitting, tiling, flooring, finishing and plumbing work himself, even hanging mirrors, painting, adding dado rails, fitting stair rails and installing high level extraction fans which others wouldn't undertake. Nothing phased him, nothing was too much trouble, he supported in designing spaces, worked around other trades and carpet fitters and his finish is excellent. Richard was always tidy when working and thoughtful about protecting the workspace and despite several challenges, he was always smiling, pleasant and never gave up on us. We now have a top class renovation and we are over-the-moon with it all.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Unfortunately, I cannot recommend DH Elec Ltd based on my experience. I paid £600 for electrical works, however defects and incomplete work were later identified, requiring independent electricians and other tradespeople to assess and rectify the issues. The problems resulted in additional remedial electrical works, joist repairs, extractor fan costs, consumer unit repairs, relocation of spotlights and plastering/making good works. I had to spend a considerable amount of time obtaining quotations, gathering evidence and arranging further repairs. The matter was eventually investigated and resolved through a successful Section 75 claim with my bank, which reimbursed the original payment and associated remedial costs. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and the stress, inconvenience and additional work this situation created. I would advise others to thoroughly inspect all work before making payment.
