I have been a painter for over 25 years and worked the last 10 of those in Cyprus. Before emigrating to Cyprus in 2008, I worked for the previous 4 years, with a team specializing mostly on listed buildings in and around the Surrey area. I recently returned from Cyprus and moved back to Glossop, Derbyshire, the town I grew up in. I have worked on all manner of properties, both in the private and commercial sectors. At age 16 worked at bernsteins group plc as a wood machinist ( gnvq level 3 wood machining)which involved making all aspects of kitchens mainly for b&q. Worked there for 12 years until its closed. Then went onto to aquite gnvq level 2 joinery and been working on fitting kitchens for the past 23 years on various projects from new builds site work mainly apartments to social housing and private houses.
