What they lack in age they make up for with experience very hardworking lads done a full rip away and installed new guttering soffits and fascias front and back in anthracite grey looks really nice. was on time every day and always cleaned up after themselves no matter how small no dust was left behind would use again no hesitation.

An absolutely outstanding service. Punctual, polite, skilled and efficient. Don’t cost the earth so very fairly priced. The team built my outdoor shed very well however the shed turned out needing flooring. Couldn’t of been more helpful. Went and bought the materials came back and then fitted flooring on the same day. An outstanding service all round. Highly recommend.

Don & Ann Marie were an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. They went the extra mile at every turn with exceptionally high standards across all their work. They made thoughtful, creative suggestions to help improve our ideas and always listened with patience to our needs, before making sure we got exactly what we asked for. Their contacts of other supporting trades people to bring in on the job were also second-to-none, with efficient, trustworthy and highly professional jobs done all round. Such a big project had the potential to be stressful, but they genuinely made it an easy process. Even when the inevitable unexpected issues cropped up, there were fast solutions to make sure we didn’t fall too far behind. I now find myself casting an eye around my house to see what else I can get them to come round and sort out! Would highly recommend! Hugely grateful to mybuilder.com for having found them.

Agreed to come Saturday stayed in and then did not come, called and said came but no one answered the door, found it strange as he did not park in front of our house and we were in the front room, checked ring doorbell to see if we missed him, and realized he never came. Then said will come Sunday, so we waited in and again did not come. Not sure how quality of work would have been so can not comment on this but can comment on reliability and trust which is really not good. Not reliable

Came the next next day and completed the job, on time and as quoted. I highly recommend RRA Plumbing and Heating. During the quote nothing was too difficult and Iustin had some great ideas. 'You tell me what you want and we'll do it.' Great. Day one they caused a leak into the kitchen. Halfway through day two we ordered work to stop because it was still leaking. It took several calls to Iustin to resolve. The leak caused the extractor fan in the kitchen to drop. They fixed at the end but the lights on it don't work consistently. Attention to detail was zero. Floor not sealed behind cupboard, wobbly plaster, streaks of white paint on blue (and vice versa), chipped paint, and tiles not evenly placed, with roughly cut edges. New flooring laid before finishing the walls, dropping sealant, dust and paint on it. Many things had to be redone or changed - but they generally did redo when asked. A window they put in is lower than agreed and the pebbledash doesn't match. They installed the vanity unit on the wrong wall. No dust sheets were put down over kitchen surfaces when drilling through concrete, covering everything in a thick layer of dust. The project was contracted to finish by 4 September, but took until 15 September. Iustin did apologise for this on the last day. On the last day, Marin threatened us because we wanted to wait until the job was finished to send the final payment. At that point we'd paid £500 more in instalments than agreed. Receipts for materials contained items not used or not ours. They took away things that we'd paid for. Overall not a great experience.
