I had the absolute misfortune of hiring these two tilers for my home, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of them. They are perpetually late, leaving me waiting for hours on end. When they finally show up, they work in the most unprofessional manner imaginable – the mess they leave behind is astonishing. The tiling job they did was rushed and sloppy. Patterns were not followed, and they had to come back the next day to correct their numerous mistakes. Even after the second attempt, the result was horrendous. On another job, the grout they used started cracking within just two months. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they blamed the grout itself and refused to return my calls. Their lack of accountability and responsibility is appalling. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. These tilers are not worth the time, money, or frustration.

Mus and his colleague came when promised and gave a competitive quote. Once the glass was ordered they arrived on time but had unfortunately been given the wrong size glass. This was promptly rectified though not on the same day. Once correct glass was available they quickly and professionally installed it and left a tidy work space with minimal fuss. Many thanks!

Biser decorated our two bedrooms, the bathroom and a couple of cupboards, including all the architraves and skirtings etc. He worked for two days solid over one weekend and we were hardly aware that he was there. He was friendly, punctual, courteous and very, very tidy. I would be happy to recommend Biser to others.

I put the add out for my elderly parents who needed a regular gardener for the front and back gardens. I’m not local so couldn’t assist other than over the phone. Josh has given great communication throughout the process and the first visit was extremely successful - my parents are really happy with the result and said that Josh is really nice and uses his initiative. He also sent me before and after photos which was a nice touch. A sincere thank you!

3 bed detached property. Works included: new Worcester Bosch boiler, full central heating system, connections to a shower cabin & hand basin, gas connection to cooker. Considerations: future proofing ie piping plans that will limit disruption to a fully renovated house when enlarging the footprint of the property later. Previous engineer’s quote was over-priced, plus he had no imagination and produced a plan that did not meet my brief, and patronised me - Grrh! Jason was professional, reliable and communicated well throughout. Re brief, he listened, and together we quickly came up with a good solution, and he quoted a very reasonable price. Living 3 hours away, I handed over the keys, and Jason and his team did a great job in my absence. Mid-works, I visited at the weekend and phoned Jason re a couple of things that needed clarifying. Jason was very accommodating, at short notice he drove to site out-of-hours, which demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. The boiler pipework was creatively kept to a small restricted area to be hidden within my Kitchen cupboard, a huge relief! Overall Excellent job. Highly recommended. :) ! Update: Jason has just serviced the boiler and issued a new Gas Safety Certificate… and I realised I forgot to leave Feedback - oops! So, better late than never.. ;) ! Upside, I can legitimately state that nearly 2 years on, everything has been working perfectly and there have been no issues. Thank you Jason :) !

Brian arrived with all the tools for the job my husband had tried to cut down one of the doors and soon realized that he would not be able to do a straight cut. Brian was able to rectify my husband "attempt" the doors were cut down and hung beautifully with new locks finished off the doors nicely. Brian swept up left my drive as he found it. I was very pleased with his work and I have asked him to add a sliding door to my en suite bathroom.
