  I would highly recommend Dan to anyone turns up on time and is ready to go. I asked him to put our log cabin together because the instructions are so tricky he come and put it together super quick and efficient. I was that happy with the work he done.   We found Rodney Professional, honest,friendly and kept us well informed on the progress of the build,introduced us to an equivalent electrician, Rod was very fair with his quote and he kept to budget,we would definitely use him again for any future projects,we have already recommended him to family for extension work. Overall a builder with a wealth of experience trustworthy and gets the job done to a very good standard at an realistic price.we couldn't of asked for more.

  Can only say good things about Will and his team. They were polite, considerate and friendly, timely and tidy. Will project managed the whole first floor dormer extension which he did better than we could hope for, taking all the worry out of the work. He had great attention to detail and took on board everything we said or asked for. Will was thorough in his preparation of the estimate and we were really only over because our old house threw up extras and we opted for additional work. He kept us informed of what the extras were likely to be at all times and always checked with us first. We felt he was approachable and it was easy to discuss any queries with him. We are extremely pleased with the quality of finish and the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Milne Construction.

  Ollie came to quote for the job and arrived when he said he would (unlike the other two who came afterwards, one early, and one 24 hours late even ringing me back). He was polite and professional, taking accurate measurements when he assessed the job, and gave me a quote within 24 hours. His was the most competitive of the three quotes, despite one of the builders offering to reduce his quote to undercut Ollie's by £30! Not willing to play one quote off against another, I accepted Ollie's initial quote and was very glad that I did. Apart from completing the job within time parameters, to a standard above and beyond my expectations, his courtesy and diplomacy (with our neighbours) prevailed the entire time he was with us. He is considerate, friendly and willing to do more than was necessary to ensure our complete satisfaction. We are to see him again in the New Year when we shall be obtaining a quote to transform our patio area with composite decking another of his skills. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who should read this feedback.

  Kit came to repaint the house and remove any bad paint and fill any exposed wall. Kit was very communicative, turned up when he said he would, and worked extremely hard around the weather (which wasn’t ideal). He was always open and honest about the inevitable issues that crop up with a job like this and alway gave a couple of good ideas and options to fix whilst also being conscious of budget. Would 100% recommend.

  Overall the quality of the work was good, but the price was quite high. We were on a tight schedule otherwise we might have gone for a cheaper option. Communication was generally good and the team that fitted the floor were friendly and efficient.

  Tom did an excellent job of plastering a small bathroom for me. It is a small room, with lots of fiddly areas but he managed to make it all look smooth and even. Would definitely hire him for any future plastering work.
