I'm Bari Owen Stephens, I went to Hall Green College in 92. I received my NVQ level 2 in 94 & started for thomas Kelly in mid 90s on new build sites for developers but now work independently. I've done 100s if not 1000+ plots over the years for these builders. I'm capable of starting off with just the shell of a house. Walls/windows/roof & completely plastering the whole plot to a showhome standard. City & Guilds trained, NVQ qualified, CSCS certified 30 years in trade.
