Very very happy with Michael's work. From the day one of the meet till end of the project, he and his team been quite professional and have been working with high standards. We received range of quotes from different builders and Michael's quote was somewhere in middle with good quality of work which we have seen during our site visit for his other projects. So, decided to go with him. One really good thing you get from Michael is plenty of ideas and options. From our original drawings, he suggested some changes which were really useful. Being a lay people, During the project we were confused in some design options and Michael really assisted with 3 to 4 options and he suggests which one is the best from his view point but also been flexible if we wanted to do in specific way. He was daily coming to the site to monitor quality and progress of the work. All his team is highly skilled and experienced. The all do general building but when it comes to specific, they have specific tiles, electrician, plumber, painter etc etc who finishes the job at very high quality. They work flexible to complete the job on time and keep the area safe and tidy. In terms of managing project in budget, we had a good experience where Michael will in detail explain what is covered in agreed amount and where the extra cost will incur if there are major changes. I am taking this much time to write this review so that it can help others to see my good experience with Michael. 100% best.

Very impressed by this firm. The first part of the job completed to a high standard. The electrician was not only helpful in advising the best way of replacing an old obsolete unit but carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Have asked him to come back and fix some problems that came to light during the initial works. He was personable, prompt, very helpful and left the site clean and tidy. I am not an electrician but have some technical knowledge and he impressed me with both his technical skills and knowledge of the current Regulations. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to anyone needing electrical works. Paul Taylor

We chose Gibbons and Sons for our Loft extension and new bathroom as they was one of the few firms who we contacted and was more then happy for us to view their workmanship during and after the build so we good see the quality of their works. They have been courteous, polite, very patient and accommodating to our chopping and changing of ideas. They helped us to bring our visions to life and offered advice when required without being pushy and driving a hard sale. They have been open and honest with our ideas and their recommendations and in some cases suggested a alternative more cost effective option. All in all we would highly recommend Gibbons and Sons for all types of building works.
