Initial impressions of Phil were that he was very personable with a relaxed friendly approach. After viewing the area in which the work was to be carried out, Phil provided a clear outline of how the job was to be done and how long it would take. His quotation arrived promptly, was very reasonable and good value. Each day he arrived as expected and worked tirelessly each day. He kept us informed about how the work was progressing and was also very willing to discuss any changes we may have suggested. The work was completed slightly ahead of the original schedule, was of a high standard and he ensured the site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would happily recommend PM Garden Maintenance to anyone contemplating having similar work done in their own properties.

Callum & Jay did an outstanding job in getting our bathroom completed stripped out and renovated. We also had two chimneys removed as well as an en-suite fitted. They delivery a very high standard of work and are amazing to work with. They are easily the best tradespeople we have worked with and always keep to their word! Ash came today to remove a HUGE tree. He came on the day and time that he said he would. Unfortunately I wasn’t at home to meet him but my mum was here and she described him as a lovely man. I will be recommending to anyone that I know who needs tree removal. Highly recommend for his work and also fairly priced. Saving his number for any future work needed!! Thank you very much!

We had just moved up from Essex & required a new roof on an old converted pub, so I posted the job on my builder as we had used the site before down in Essex and was happy with the results. Thomas came round and examined the roof thoroughly & quoted us on the spot. I had phoned a few places & others did not respond. I felt this was a good response & even better for us he was able to start the job the following week. The crew were very efficient & worked really hard, even came over one weekend in the heavy rain & snow to make sure the roof was water tight for us. Thomas himself was onsite everyday to oversee the job. The age of the building created its own problems but that did not stop Thomas & his team from completing the work to a very high standard& at the agreed price. Everyone in the village has stopped & admired the work & have commented on how it makes such a difference to the building as it had been left to deteriorate.
