⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brian supplied and installed a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 30kW boiler at my property in Glasgow. Excellent communication, professional workmanship, competitive pricing, and a very tidy installation. The job included a magnetic filter, system flush, commissioning, certification, and warranty registration. The plumber came to replace a tap but after the work was completed, there was water leaks that were not present beforehand. The work has been completed without proper testing or checks. Left leaks for full weakened and unable to use. He promised to come on Monday but then never came. But wanted extra money for petrol and wanted more money for the job as he says clicker waste was not part of job to come on Tuesday!Why did you start the job and leave a water leak? The company is called Leaky Finders but leaves a leak. This is not the behaviour expected from someone who has had good reviews but unfortunately my experience has been terrible. This has caused inconvenience and stress.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Really delighted to have found Luay on My Builder for a small job in our tenanted city centre flat that we needed done quite urgently. He was prompt to respond, courteous and offers a very reasonable rate. He was punctual and communicated very well with both our tenant and myself and really went the extra mile to keep us posted with progress. He sent us pictures of the completed work.
