Davoud was the only one to offer a reskim of my ceiling and then paint. Its now perfect. His plastering was neat, he kept everywhere clean and gave me my bathroom back. I have since used him to plaster my landing, stairs and hallway, which again is perfect and he is now starting my last room, the dining room. I've asked to return and paint both areas, when it's dry. Forgot to add he also refined my toilet seat and my illuminated mirror. He has many skills and nothing is too much trouble, he is a gem and I've already recommended him to friends, family and colleagues. Thanks Davoud, my home is finally getting done 🤩

Mr. Lee Jackson is a professional electrician. He rewired my tenanted two-bedroom property. My tenant and I are very happy with his job because he was very tidy and clean while he was working. I highly recommend him for domestic rewiring jobs, smoke alarms, and burglar alarm fittings. Whenever I need an electrician again, I will definitely use him again in Nottingham for domestic electrical works.

Just the like the reviewer above, these guys did a excellent job on our kitchen. The job required was levelling off existing granite worktops which had sunk over the years - requiring some TLC. Well, Lach and Peter rose to the challenge and did a great job to make the repair work as best as they could without any disruption to the kitchen units or worktop. It looked difficult but they worked hard to solve the problem. Communication was made easy via WhatsApp and quote for work was decent too. In addition, they also installed our new double oven and hob for an additional price which was comparable to leading appliance suppliers but without the hassle. They arrived promptly on the day/time agreed and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. Cleaned and tidied up afterwards, which was a bonus. Can't fault the workmanship, professionalism and friendliness of these guys - it was a real pleasure having them in the house. I would highly recommend Plovdiv Building Standard Ltd to anyone who wants a first class job doing right first time. Well done and thanks Lach/Peter. I will be in touch again for sure.

Really happy with the work from Arcadie. He got everything done in one day – sorted the bath panel, fitted the sink and toilet, put up the bathroom mirror, and fixed the wobbly kitchen sink downstairs. Eddie did a great job on our new driveway! He always replied promptly, answered any questions I may have had and listened patiently to my husband! Despite the freezing temperatures they were here working early, until the weather decided otherwise. The whole street seem to be talking about our new drive - we're really pleased with the work, it looks great! I liked the fact that dirty builders’ boots didn’t come into the house! Thank you! I recently hired Cosmetic Electric for an EICR inspection. My experience was a mix of excellent professionalism regarding scheduling, but disagreement regarding the final pricing. I appreicate electrician's exceptional flexibility. He originally attended the property for a scheduled appointment, but the tenant had an emergency. The electrician was incredibly kind and understanding,he return for a second visit without issue. The agreed price for the testing was £110. During the inspection, a loose socket was identified. This resulted in a C2 code (Potentially Dangerous) on the report, which requires rectification for a satisfactory certificate. While the work was performed correctly, I found the additional charges for securing the loose socket—amounting to an extra £80 to sort out the socket. I offered less which was percieved an insult which I am unable to understand and wondering what did I said wrong. seems it's my mistake to not list full scope of the job and agreeing in advnce!!!

I shortlisted T&G on MyBuilder after reading through their reviews. Tony contacted me promptly and arranged a visit to quote for the job the next day; he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I received a written quote the next day. Thanks to a cancellation in their schedule, they were able to complete the job a few days later. T&G arrived on time and handled the removal of a woodburner stove, mantel and hearth efficiently. It was a messy job but everything was left clean and tidy. Tony even went out of his way to arrange for a scrap man to collect some metal. Friendly, reliable, and helpful from start to finish. It was a pleasure to have T&G complete the job.
