I am qualified Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and working in Architectural field for 40 years. Type of work I take on is producing working drawings package on CAD, including 3D and Axonometry views. I work with a colleague who is a qualified structural engineer (CIOB / RICS) who has 45 years experience in this field. The types of projects I take on are from small domestic to large domestic extensions and or new build. I also provide drawing package services for other types of projects.

I’ve been in the building trade for over 11 years, starting my career with my family business where I earned my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in site carpentry. During that time, I also worked for a sister company specializing in woodburners—both selling and installing them—while earning my HETAS certification. My family business initially focused on traditional oak framing, and over time we’ve expanded our expertise to include new builds and larger extensions. I’ve been responsible for pitched roofing projects for the past few years, managing everything from timber structure design to the installation of various slating and tiling systems. This role has allowed me to develop a genuine passion for roofing. Broadly experienced across multiple areas of construction, I can confidently handle a wide range of building projects.
