Jamie and his team were very friendly and worked well together. They were respectful of the property and left everything clean and tidy. There was good communication throughout the job. There were a few finishes like the concrete drive that could have been neater but it was a good price for the work. Overall we are happy. Thanks boys for all the hard work.

This guy is nothing short of a cowboy! A very poor plumber, I have recently had a professional plumber in, who informed me that the work he had carried out is nothing short of shocking/shoddy. We initially asked him to move our boiler into the loft, immediately afterwards we noticed the water pressure being slightly less, but not thinking to much of it, we left it for what it was. Ashley was asked to move the existing pipework from the boiler, which was exposed into the wall, so that we could box it in. He gave a competitive quote, my partner noticed that the rushed the job through, clearly not testing what he had done whatsoever! When he had left the kitchen tap had barely no pressure, and we had no hot water at all! Apparently, he had forgotten to put the gas back on and reset the boiler? again proving he does not test what he does! we were left for two days without any hot water. he came to fix, then left, we tested the radiators, and water started leaking out of pipework he had installed onto electric wires, so dangerous! he came to fix it, but the point is that this does not happen if you test your work! The water pressure remained shocking, but he did not want anything else to do with the job, actually calling me a liar when I sent him proof of the shocking water pressure. Other tradesmen stated that we should never use someone like this, he said all the pipework was dented, not deep enough into the wall to plaster. Utter disgrace of a job, avoid him like the plague.

We had an overboard "wet" UFH system fitted in a large kitchen diner. There were several problems mainly the very uneven floor levels with varying surfaces underneath. Seth and The Thermal Heat Company were very solution focused and dealt with all the problems professionally. I was particularly pleased how every stage was fully explained in advance and during the work. The quote was detailed, accurate and represented good value for money. The job overran slightly due to the complexities but did not incur extra costs on the price quoted. Final snagging issues were dealt with promptly. Cutting of the overboards and sanding of the concrete flooring created more dust throughout the house than we expected so consider this in advance if you have a similar job and screen rooms. Overall a 5 star review and I'm very happy to recommend The Thermal Heat Company.

Have just had my driveway and fence replaced by Mick and his team. A really big task (240m2) replacing a challenging surface. Finished job looks fantastic and the guys worked really hard. I had Julian over for around 10 days to do a full refurbishment on my stairs, he stripped back the dark wood, and stained it in a light oak along with some gloss work on the spindles. I cannot fault him at all, the job he has done is fantastic, I'm really pleased with it and it's transformed the house. Julian arrived promptly every day, and worked hard on the job without any issues. I can fully recommend his services and won't hesitate to call him in the future for other work.
