I'm based in Exeter, Devon. Architectural technologist and designer. I design and prepare planning applications and building regulations packages. All my work has been approved by the authorities (planning or building control) and whenever there is a problem I work alongside the client and planners until it is solved and everyone is happy with the results. I offer all services in relation to the design from concept to supervising the construction work. This will include: 1-Building the 3D modelling of the property (this will help you to visualise the design/ internal spaces). 2-Design options for you to decide from. 3- Preparing the final drawings and documents.
