We arranged for Robert to service the boiler and at the same time price for rerouting the hot water. Very happy with the service which was thorough and sensibly priced. A problem was identified with the way the flue had been installed and we asked for a quote to rectify at the same time as the plumbing work. When Robert returned with a colleague, John, to do the pipe work and rectify the flue he found that the flue had been packed around with paper before being plastered on the inside! Now rectified - very tidy job. The pipe work turned out to be more complicated than we had first thought as the previous CH cowboys had simply connected into the original back boiler pipe work. Despite having other work booked in for himself Robert was able to leave John to carry out the plumbing work which involved tracking down the pipe route to a corner of the bedroom. The only practical option was to install a drop from the loft to beneath the bedroom floor and John carried out the work carefully and neatly. We are very happy with the work and pleased to have found tradesmen with a positive attitude who took pride in their work and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Peter and his team of Ian & Steven did a great job for me. Over the last 10 years I had had one very poor job from a local roofer as well as 2 further ones- these 2 had been done in good faith but didn't last. It was redoing a raggle (chase) lead over 2 roof slopes into a neighbour's wall. The latest 2 roofers had cut a wedge shaped chase about 2 inches wide and cemented it up- this unnecessarily wide chase expanded and contracted and developed cracks, only lasted a few years before letting in the water again. So I wanted it done with lead mate this time (silicone based) rather than cement and they willingly did that. Also with my previous bad experiences I was very fussy on the detail and needed to see for myself the work ongoing & at the end (viewed from a skylight window) and Ian and Steven were happy to let me do this as well as take feedback and act on small modification of the work methodology requests from me as it progressed. They also replaced rotted wooden fascia and top boards above 2 dormer windows as prior agreed and done in plastic and very well secured as I requested. I was very pleased to help clear up and chat with the nice Ian as well as Peter as he monitored the work on and off as it progressed. The job wasn't cheap but it was sizeable over 4 shortish days and it involved coming all the way from Fife to Oban and 3 times as well as staying in a local B&B for 2 of the nights. So I am very happy with this work and would very readily recommend these 3 people.

Great service from these guys. My daughter got them to do her back fence . I was very impressed with the work so much so iv now used them twice once for front fence and gate . Second time was a partition fence between gardens. I would highly recommend buildit4you I know I won’t go past them . We have more work going to get done and these are the guys I will be contacting again we have also recommended them to friend who have also used them.
