My name is Paul, I’m a bricklayer from Wiltshire and have been in the trade from a young age, I started labouring for a big gang before I started an apprenticeship with a company and done my NVQ level 2 in trowel occupations in which I have a blue skilled worker card now. I specialise in small jobs, garden walls, repair work, unfinished work I can take on porches, piers, you name it. Anything brick or stone or block I am more than happy to look at and get my self stuck into anything. I left school in 1974 it was then I did an apprenticeship in carpentry, and worked for numerous building companies, for the last 14 years i have been involved in the housing sector. My position there was empty property's team leader managing 5trade staff. Having been made redundant i have in the last 3 months started my own business, i can manage people and on the other hand i still can undertake any carpentry related jobs.
