Sanjeev communicates politely, explains clearly, not condescending. He efficiently handled a lot of problems with our badly installed boiler plus located hidden water tap. Its broken valve caused flood! Sanjeev stayed calm fixed it. He worked fast for 5 hours with no break, and even with unexpected complications his invoice did not increase his quote.
