  Tony did a fantastic job. Came round first to check the area that needed work and when he returned for the day we arranged to carry out the job he was on time and was a total pleasure fixing the walls. Would highly recommend and I will use him for more jobs in the future.

  Upon arrival, Danny caused a lot of frustration and anger for us because he didn't know you must use boarding between the underfloor heating and the flooring we'd chosen, despite it being on the manufacturer's website. So we spent most of the day frantically contacting other suppliers. He was unable to fit a door because he thought it was the wrong size, but isn't, according to the manufacturer's website. He also led us to believe the underfloor heating didn't require sign-off from an approved electrician, despite it being an absolute must and if we hadn't we'd not be eligible for the product's guarantee. The gaps between the installed flooring are obvious to see. He initially placed the underfloor heating under the fridge and cooker, but said there wasn't enough to cover the rest of the room. He refuses to respond to my messages to complete the job (still waiting for door fitting and skirting boards/beading to be replaced). For your own sanity, don't use this company.
