Ollie came to quote for the job and arrived when he said he would (unlike the other two who came afterwards, one early, and one 24 hours late even ringing me back). He was polite and professional, taking accurate measurements when he assessed the job, and gave me a quote within 24 hours. His was the most competitive of the three quotes, despite one of the builders offering to reduce his quote to undercut Ollie's by £30! Not willing to play one quote off against another, I accepted Ollie's initial quote and was very glad that I did. Apart from completing the job within time parameters, to a standard above and beyond my expectations, his courtesy and diplomacy (with our neighbours) prevailed the entire time he was with us. He is considerate, friendly and willing to do more than was necessary to ensure our complete satisfaction. We are to see him again in the New Year when we shall be obtaining a quote to transform our patio area with composite decking another of his skills. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who should read this feedback.

I had Bruce and his team around to lay a pretty large limestone patio, between 80 - 90 square meteres. To say I am happy with it would be an understatement. The work ethic and workmanship of Bruce and his team is astounding. He has a real good eye for detail and came up with some very good ideas and i decided to go with them. I liked his work so much that I booked him in to tarmac my driveway which I wasn't planning on doing. again he has done a fantastic job and everything he has done has been to the highest standard possible. I would have no problem hiring him again and can thoroughly recommend his company. The quote came in pretty much bang on target except for a few extra things that we discussed. All in all I couldn't be happier with the results and would give Bruce a well deserved 10 / 10.

Phil is obviously a man who takes great pride in his work & it shows. He has done a superb job in replacing our fencing, garage roof and other small jobs around the home. He came in especially one morning to secure our old fencing during the recent strong gales before he had even *officially* started the job. He has been great with helpful advice and suggestions and has gone above & beyond. He is an extremely tidy worker and left the site tidy after each day's work. We have nothing but praise for him, & would highly recommend him to anyone.

The work involved replacing an old garden gate/door, removing and replacing the entire frame in the wall and fitting a secure lock. I was fully informed and involved throughout the job, about the work involved, how it would be done and the materials to be used. Adam added a handle to the outside of the door, enabling closing easily, which I hadn’t thought of, but which I appreciated. Adam arrived early and kept the site clean throughout, taking away the old door and doing a sweep-up before he left. I felt total confidence in Adam, who has done a really professional job. I am very pleased with the work. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam for a similar job. Adam is a very personable individual and very easy to get along with. Sent from my iPad
