Joseph did a great job installing a fence in my back garden. He was easy to communicate with and took time to understand what I needed. He completed the work both quickly and with precision. The site had a few challenges including sloping and weak posts. Joseph anticipated potential issues and came prepared in advance to deal with them should they arise. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again or recommending him

New stump was placed, gate was hung before stump had set, not sure if postcrete was used or cement as it moves in the wind, a section of fence was then put up after new stump installed, this was done to a bad standard and within a week the section of fence blew back down and had to be repaired, should have taken the time to advise that other rotted bits of wood needed replaced also to have a better overall finish of work carried out. I’ve since had other quotes an advised that I probably over paid for the work carried out.

Floor has to be lifted up…is an absolute disgrace he gave me my £620 that I paid in good faith ……After seeking legal & professionals …..am not being out expenses for a new floor…I noticed finger marks dinted into my fridge there was a mark on my fridge already & showed him now he’s added to it……I do have photos ……pay my money for new floor or I’ll have no other choice to take this matter further THIS WAS NOT EXPECTABLE I didn’t need this stress ….. it physically upset me that much I was sick …you should never be left feeling this way & a few weeks before Christmas…..he left me down Monday came Tuesday 9 o’clock left lunchtime as he had an emergency came back Wednesday left lunch time …He Said he had family issues yea I had them also you got £620 and I didn’t effect you ..your not professional…..I trusted you ..lesson learnt. Skirting couldn’t go on because of the tile being to far out …tiles are ready to crack underneath wasn’t done correctly….
