Welcome! My name is Greg, I’m 34 years old and I’ve been working in construction for 19 years now, I started in June 2005 at the age of 15 and started an apprenticeship in bricklaying by September that year, I was never hugely fond of bricklaying however with the precise perfectionist attitude I have It turned out I was pretty good at it! Working for a mid-size building company with great values sent me down a path of getting to experience all the trades and try my hand at them, I became very fond of carpentry and tiling but the real passion I found was being outside patios and hard landscaping, I had a rich start laying copious amounts of Brazilian black slate which any tile/slab layer will tell you is one of the hardest to lay! Given that my specialities would have to lay in the bricklaying/ slab laying and general landscaping areas with a keen eye for design and love for the environment and horticulture of the land I approach every job excited to work with you the customer to help make your dreams a reality, Every job has to be perfect for me even to the dismay of my work force when I have taken work up if not happy, and quality over quantity always. We first started out processing firewood as I'm a tree surgeon by trade and was getting sick of the ever rising cost to dump my green waste so now we supply around 100 regular customers every winter but not many people burn throughout the summer so we tend to fall back on hedge/tree works and full garden landscapes.
