His extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence to trust him with the entire project. What really stood out was how approachable he was throughout the process. Chris made it easy to ask questions and was open to last-minute tweaks when needed. He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection. Renovations are never entirely disruption-free, but Chris ensured everything ran smoothly and with minimal inconvenience. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive, especially compared to other tradesmen who seemed to overinflate or play the system. The guys were more human than just fencers ; they helped clear some trees and then installed the fence. Only advice is - be clear of what you want so they do not have to undo and correct things but they will do everything whole heartedly. Colours and quality of fence vary but decide whether you want to buy own material or have it supplied. The areas with concrete already can be challenging but they managed that very well and very neatly. They clear up the mess from either side and most importantly ; they will give you a good deal better price than most companies !

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

From the outset speaking with Jamie was very easy. Agreed his quote, which was very reasonable, and arranged a day and time for the work to get done. Jamie and team arrived slightly earlier than arranged which was even better and got straight down to business. Communication was clear, all questions were answered, great advice was given, work was completed to a high standard, and I was very happy. They were also very clean and tidy, apart from my lovely new fence, you wouldn't even know they'd been here. Already speaking with Jamie about getting some more work done, would definitely recommend.
