Arron contacted me and seemed really good. Had full faith in him and paid half deposit up front for replacement bathroom screen. On the morning that it was due to be fitted at 8am had a phone call at 11am to say the screen he was due to collect wouldn’t fit. He suggested an alternative which wasn’t right and then sort a refund for deposit. Had a multitude of excuses re daughter being in hospital, Arron being in hospital etc etc and then replied saying he would refund deposit. Nothing heard, I chased politely for weeks on email and got promised it would be returned. I have eventually given up after weeks of chasing and now massively out of pocket and deposit never returned. Even though it will cost me more I have applied to small claims court for reimbursement as I feel totally insulted by his lies. Stay well clear as any normal builder would have reimbursed money and drawn a line under any adverse feedback!
