Excellent all round. Prompt assessment & work plan. Happy with the quote. Work started within days. All rooves scraped & treated against moss & lichen. All gutters replaced with larger profile. Down pipes replaced. It has rained since & no overflows now. All waste removed, windows cleaned & patio & drive swept. A pleasure to have York work on our home. We have asked him back for some further jobs.

Brilliant service. Quoted yesterday and job done today. Shower was fitted with minimal mess and covered up the original fitment space. Looks very smart with a couple of the old screw holes in the tiles filled, very difficult to tell that it is a replacement. Very happy.

Absolutely fantastic job. Worked like a trooper in all weathers. Nothing was too much Trouble and the work has been finished to a very high standard. Cleared up after himself each evening and worked through into the evenings often. Even the rain did not put him off and carried on working soaked through. If you are looking for a true expert for finlock guttering removal or replacement. Jason Shaw is your man. We had all concrete guttering around the bungalow removed and also removed from inside the conservatory. He made sure all openings were securely covered , taped up so we had no dust in rest of the house. We can highly recommend him .

I recommend Swift Home Solutions without reservation. Throughout the job they have kept me fully informed and have always found time to discuss the work. The quote was extremely reasonable, the work completed to a very high standard indeed and the area was tidied fully on completion. They both worked diligently, were friendly and approachable at all times and nothing was too much bother.
