Jordan got in touch immediately, looked at the job the next day, and it was all done very quickly. His scaffolding was erected and taken down quickly (and noiselessly!). As a person he is polite and respectful - he phones when he says he will and keeps you in touch all the way through the job. The job is well done. He stuck to his initial quote even though he did a little extra when he saw it needed doing. I will definitely use him as soon as I need anything else doing. Dan was quick to call to the house to inspect the roof from inside the loft and from ground level. He identified the probable cause of the problem, suggested a remedy and provided a reasonable quote for the repair. He performed a few additional jobs for me while he was up on the roof for no extra charge, and the original problem with the roof now appears to have been addressed. A friendly bloke who did a good job for a fair price. Would definitely recommend and will use again, if needed.
