Ritchie seems like a really nice guy, and I don't really want to be negative but under the circumstances I have little choice. Hired Ritchie to fix a leaky roof (the join between the main house and the extension). The price was reasonable and the work carried out. Unfortunately, it didn't actually fix the issue and getting Ritchie back or to answer my messages proved difficult. I actually wondered if this particular work was not really within the skill set. We have since gone with an experienced roofer. But do appreciate the efforts of Ritchie.
