Helped me order the correct garden door and then went to pick up extra bits when the order didn't turn up correctly, for no extra cost and couldn't have been nicer about it, even though it was a pain for them. Ronsons replaced the lead lining around our windows and re-sealed our fascias. We were keen to get the work done soon due to the wet weather. Tom and his team were brilliant. We need a fair bit of work done overall, and Tom gave us really good advice on what order we would want to do things. He didn't try to maximise the amount of work and cost of what we needed doing, but instead quoted for what we needed and at a fair price. His team then completed the job neatly, quickly, and very professionally. They were very polite and pleasant to boot. I would highly recommend them, and would happily use them again.

The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted.
