Being good at explaining things or making excuses for not doing your job doesn’t make you a competent plumber—repairing the leak I paid you for does! Not completing the job I hired you for is one thing, but suggesting that getting paid and not returning to finish the work is normal, and that we're expecting too much from you, is really upsetting, especially after we’ve been extremely patient with you! The reality is, after paying £260 for you to repair the sink leak, and after numerous texts and phone calls, the leak is still here. It’s been a rather unpleasant experience!
