Richard visited the day after I contacted him to examine the rendering which needed to be replaced. He explained clearly what could be done, swiftly gave me a reasonable written estimate, and completed the job this week to my entire satisfaction. I paid him yesterday by bank transfer. He and his assistant were skilled and professional, and carefully tidied up afterwards. They promised to start the work before Christmas! Did not hear a thing back after Christmas even after leaving several messages and emails. Brother rang to say he can start the work as Brian was ill. He never turned up to do the job. When I rang said that he did not have credit! Made an excuse that van had broken down and was getting repaired and will ring back when repaired. No call back at all! Brian and his brother Mike are very unreliable and would not recommend them to anyone. Wasted 5 weeks of my time! plastered an exterior wall that now had become an interior wall in our conservatory....prompt visit with a good and reasonable quote. job was booked in there and then. job was carried out as planned and took couple days, job was done good and builders cleaned up after themselves. they got on and got the job done explaining what was happening as the end of each visit. fully recommend brett and his guys. will use them again .....Latest review:Plastering-
