Rating: 5 out of 5 55360 reviewsI’m 30 years in the trade & can do all types of plumbing from tap washers to bathroom referbs, I also have other trades that do work I can’t do , ie electrical or joinery work I’ve completed a job in October which he wasn’t happy about because he supplied the wrong toilet & I wouldn’t change it for free ! So he has trapped me with his family member. I didn’t know they were related , was adamant I did the work , so I went ahead I’ve left a lovely job but between them they’ve sabotaged the job & both left bad feedback within days of each other , coincidence! No , I’ve been stung massively but hopefully people see the truth ! Yes I agree nobody is perfect all the time but I’ve done nothing wrong on either of these jobs

- Get in touchExcellent work by Ross and his team! Turned up to quote, was very thorough and professional. Had the team booked in and ready to start early in the first day- took 5 days to complete and was completed to a very high standard. All the team were prompt on time and looked after the property whilst I wasn’t there, they worked around other trades which can be demanding but didn’t complain and got the job done! Had a great laugh with the guys and the work was amazing! Would definitely recommend and already have them booked for my next project! Thanks Ross and the team 😊

We have carried out a lot of big jobs over the years but now because I’m getting a bit older now I would like to carry out smaller jobs. We are ready and raring to go now for smaller jobs in the North East.
Get in touchBe very cautious when dealing with Darryl (D P North East). Ensure everything is documented in writing to avoid miscommunication. While the work he completed was ok, it came after multiple instances of deception. Key issues include: - Incomplete Work: A window/vent installation that was agreed upon was not carried out. - Unfulfilled Promises: He committed to returning in the first week of January to complete the hot water installation for the toilet but has yet to do so. - VAT Discrepancy: He provided a quote excluding VAT to secure the job, only to later add VAT to the bill, claiming this was agreed upon. Unfortunately, I will need to hire another contractor to finish the work and will be pursuing a claim in small claims court to recover the additional costs. If you choose to work with Darryl (D P North East), proceed with extreme caution and ensure all agreements are clear and documented.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-
