We find the cause of damp, leaks and mould, then we fix it. Most damp gets treated by guesswork: paint over the mould, inject the wall, hope it holds. It comes back, because nobody diagnosed it properly in the first place. We start with a survey. Full moisture mapping room by room with calibrated meters, air quality testing to measure airborne mould spores, and a written report with photographic evidence setting out the real root cause and what needs doing, in priority order. Insurance ready if you need it for a claim. From there we do the work ourselves: leak detection, damp investigation, mould inspection, mould remediation and structural drying.
