Highly skilled, professional, Friendly, Honest and extremely reliable general builder/ handyman. With over 30 years experience in the building trade with experienced in most job/trade types. A few examples of my experience are: laminate/ tiled flooring (not carpet), home electrical items including oven insulation fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher installation (free standing and integrated), light switches, indoor and outdoor lighting (I am no longer qualified to sign off electrical works), basic plumbing including kitchen and bathroom plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting/renovation including installation of all types of household appliances you’d expect to find, furniture assembly. To name but a few of my abilities. I cannot and never have done plastering. That’s an art form as far as I’m concerned. I aim to provide a high quality and honest service with reasonable competitive rates (I’m neither cheap nor expensive), I price my services to be comparable to the high quality workmanship and finish I provide. I do try to be consistent with my pricing for all job specific types, I always taylor and personalise my pricing to your individual job requirements. There really is no job to small, or working time to early or late. I am available 7 days a week should weekdays be inconvenient.
