Unique Lofts created a dormer loft with ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle in our mid-terrace 2 bed house. The team Mark allocated completed the structure of the loft within 5 weeks, faster than their estimation of 6 weeks. All trades persons used by or recommend by unique we're courteous, professional and considerate when we had to work from home. The main structure budget costed exactly as budgeted and all other costs were outlined in the quote. Communication with the build team and Mark was really good and they always answered any questions or concerns I had. The work done has been complimented by all who have seen it and we are still very happy with our new loft room.
