Too bad! He look the contract for garden and driveway and got a lot of work from our references in our neighbourhood. But his work has started wearing of after 3 months now. He had done the roof installation for our shed but when it rained water flooded in and inspide of repeated calls and false promises he never turned back and ran away. His carpenter was rubbish and according to Larry he had been doing his job for 30 years but his work is rubbish he spoiled our windows big time. A fortune wasted when the work goes in wrong hands. I wish I could have uploaded the pictures, I have all the evidence for that. His dads temperament is so stressful and the way he comes and shouting at you when he himself has done wrong, it's a nightmare. Ours was a big job and costed about 21k just to get the outside sorted. I would still say that Larry is a hard working guy and polite too but he should noy take up the work which he doesn't specialises. It was a lot of money and he left all in a mess and ran away. We had so much stress getting the work sorted by another builder and paid for the same work twice.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Nesha was brilliant from start to finish. He was excellent at communicating before the job and was entirely professional and hard working throughout, not to mention his quote was very reasonable. He worked really hard to get the job done quickly and he did it to a fantastic standard. We are so pleased with the finished product and he was a pleasure to work with. Jon was able to take a failed project from a previous contractor and manage historic building preservation, regulation in Westminster, a lack of parking, plumbing from the Victorian age, and a demanding client to deliver a beautiful result. I love my garden flat extension, it manages to respect the historic nature of a building from the 1840s while also adding amenities to be proud of in 2025. Absolutely blown away with the transformation of my small garden! From start to finish, the team were professional, hardworking, and paid incredible attention to detail. The new fencing has completely changed the look and privacy of the space — solid, perfectly aligned, and finished to a really high standard. The paving work is equally impressive. What was once a tired and uneven area has now been transformed into a modern, clean, and stylish outdoor space that I now can actually enjoy and use properly. The finish was outstanding and everything was left spotless afterwards. Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were met, and the quality of workmanship really speaks for itself. We’ve already had so many compliments from neighbours and visitors. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A fantastic job from start to finish and all this was achieved in only 2 days!!
