We were initially very impressed with Vilmos's work and communications with him. However, he has not completed the work and has been uncontactable since end Aug 2017. Vilmos identified and fixed a lot of errors made by a previous builder such as leaks in the bathrooms. He carried out works as requested by building control and as far as we can see these works were completed. We were especially happy with our communications with him as we were based overseas. The final step is for Vilmos to meet with the building control and get the building works signed off. However, Vilmos has suddenly become uncontactable via phone and email and has not contacted building control to carry out the final step.
